Returns & Refunds
Thank you for your understanding regarding our return policy. Due to the handmade personal nature of our candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at Sales@Smellscape.co.uk, and we will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
